C. Plan, organize, and oversee Service Engineers, sub-contractors, and service partners for site implementation, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality requirements are met.
D. Schedule, attend, and lead project meetings and discussions; manage project issues and collaborate with factories and FAEs to develop effective resolution strategies.
E. Manage and execute FAT and SAT activities, including test scripts, within product line capability and customer expectations, and coordinate site activities accordingly.
F. Support contract administration activities, including raising purchase requests, providing sales forecasts, tracking billing milestones, and O&M documentation submission.
G. Coordinate with Customer Service on parts ordering, lead times, and logistics to support project execution.
H. Manage sub-contractor and service partner work schedules, performance, and quality of work; coordinate closely with Eaton service teams for site activities and SAT.
I. Promote, uphold, and conduct ethical behavior with customers, sub-contractors, and service partners at all times.
J. Be committed and responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS) by:
a. Implementing a process-based and risk-based approach
b. Providing necessary support to implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating the importance of QMS compliance across the organization
d. Ensuring QMS objectives and goals are achieved
e. Engaging, directing, and supporting individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline
At least 2 years of project management experience and be able to hands on in some urgent requirement ( CAD , Trouble Shooting )
Skills:
Good technical knowleddge in Data Center Solution, PTU is preferable
