What you'll do:
The Project Network Scheduler is a key role within Eaton's integrated and agile supply chain organization, responsible for coordinating the end-to-end execution of complex, large-scale customer projects, particularly data center solutions. Operating within a 0-12-month execution horizon, the role aligns supply chain plans, capacities, and dependencies across multiple Eaton business units to ensure on-time delivery of complete customer solutions. Unlike traditional scheduler roles, this position requires a holistic, network-wide perspective and close collaboration with network schedulers, demand and supply planning teams, project managers, and other key stakeholders. Through scenario planning and proactive risk management, the Project Network Scheduler ensures finished goods availability while managing capacity and material constraints in a dynamic project environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate finished goods availability plans aligned with project milestones within the 0-12-month planning horizon
Coordinate with network schedulers across Eaton businesses to synchronize supply plans for all components of large-scale customer projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for finished goods availability in complex projects, working closely with project managers and supply chain stakeholders
Manage supply exceptions and constraints by identifying root causes, driving corrective and preventive actions, and escalating issues as needed
Create and assess supply scenarios to minimize demand at risk, optimize customer service levels, and balance inventory and cost objectives
Participate in SIOP discussions to ensure alignment across PMO, Sales, Finance, and Operations
Monitor project-related supply performance, KPIs, and risks; implement recovery plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure ERP data accuracy and the health of sales and purchase orders supporting project deliveries
Stay closely aligned with demand changes, own escalations through to resolution, and support accurate revenue recognition in coordination with SIOP and Finance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferrably in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics,..)
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain (Materials Management, Inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP...)
