8. Manage to build and increase healthy projects pipeline .
9. Support the implementation of marketing and growth plans developed by management.
10. Understand the Market intelligence, Trends, competitors moves and behavior, SWOT Analysis, market drives. Products development , market development
11. Maintain a co-operative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.
12. Provide timely and accurate information for existing and upcoming opportunities based on the actual projects status and get the information from different and trusted sources
13. Provide necessary reports and surveys requested by management by indicated deadlines.
14. Comply with company policies, guidelines and instructions.
15. Shall carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfill the job requirements.
16. Ensure development and early identification of business opportunities.
17.Know your value preposition, elaborate and share competitors structure analyses for each Opportunity
18.Personally, demonstrates the Eaton Values & Philosophies, and Eaton's high ethical standards
19.Liaise with prescription and Panel builders technical teams to secure the major opportunities

Qualifications:
BSc Degree in Electrical engineering
8-10 years electrical engineering sales experience, preferably in Riyadh / KSA
