    Position summary

    to the COE Leader.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Provide leadership direction to the team in the GSCCoE, building a scalable and capable organization through the development and deployment of standard processes across all businesses. These should be accepted by business stakeholders (network planning, SIOP, etc.) as the benchmark solution driving standardization and simplification for material management.
      2.Achieve the material management performance KPIs to support the overall supply goals of Eaton.
    2. Drive collaboration and shared purpose across the network planning organization, SIOP, and operations to achieve COE goals.
    3. Provide leadership to Leaders of people to manage and develop buyers and team leaders for a network.
    4. Build organizational capability through development plans, mentoring, driving accountability, cross-training, and succession planning.
    5. Responsible for delivering KPIs, namely ERP Health, PO Management, Past Dues, SOTD, Invoice Management, and risk escalation.
    6. Drive key initiatives of the Materials COE Goals & priorities in People, Processes, and Tools. Drive digitalization to bring more efficiency.
    7. Enable the team to own and drive business impact goals such as On-Time Delivery, past due reduction, and collaborate with Inventory Specialists to identify opportunities to reduce inventory.
    8. Network Collaboration: Work closely with the network stakeholders, monitor KPIs, voice of customer through periodic meetings, and ensure timely resolution to stakeholder queries/feedback, etc.
    9. This role will be responsible for adhering to the transition process of all operational buyer roles to CoE and identifying any risk by collaborating with the Project Team.
    10. This individual will have to interact with the CoE Team globally and drive effective improvement in processes.
    11. The individual will have team management responsibilities, leading a diverse group of professionals (team leads, buyers)
    12. Promote continuous improvement processes and support EBS components (planning, execution, etc)

    Qualifications:

    Education level required

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial. Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic), Business Administration, Finance, International Business or related areas.

    • Preferable a Master Degree (MCB) or post graduated certification in Materials / Production / Operations Management"

    Years and area of experience required

    • Minimum experience of 7 years related areas

    Technical knowledge

    • Fully Bilingual: English/Spanish

    • Data analytics, program management skills

    • PC Knowledge: Microsoft Office (365), SAP/ MFG Pro/ Oracle will be added advantage & Kinaxis Understanding

    • Experience in driving Continuous Improvement projects

    • Strong communication skills necessary to converse with diverse group of stakeholders including senior management, operations and Supply Chain Management personnel
