    Position summary

    rebates. Deduction portfolio will include all rebates; current and aged.
    B. Additional responsibility of reporting route cause statistics to management.
    C. Use root cause data to develop and implement process improvements to reduce or eliminate internal and external errors.
    D. Ability to communicate effectively with all internal (Sales, Plants, Customer Service) and external (Customers) customers.
    E. Provide training and customer service to customers using Eaton's various electronic rebate filing systems.
    F. Responsible for collecting all rebate deductions taken by customers that are deemed invalid.
    G. Provide evidence to customers supporting rebates taken were invalid.

    Qualifications:

    Education level and experience required

    • College Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business AdministrationYears and area of experience required

    • 1-2 years Pricing or Deduction related experience

    • Intermediate to advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Strong skill set in Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Experience on GetPaid/Oracle/SAP/Vista Systems (Preferred)
    • Experience on Pricing Programs (Phyton, R) (Preferred)
