Build and fulfill requirements needed; work closely with engineering, quality, and shipping department to ensure product is completed and shipped on time.
• Conduct ratio testing on the unit and troubleshoot any potential problems found in order to complete ratio test.
• Move units by use of overhead cranes and power industrial vehicles.
• Repair units and components that have failed test, are defective or require other needed changes.
• Participate in teardown, repair and modification of customer-supplied equipment as directed by engineering or quality departments.
• Troubleshoot as needed throughout the process.
• Actively participates in problem-solving processes, contributing to efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Achieves and maintains target production rates or output levels, ensuring efficient operations and meeting organizational goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols, ensures efficient material handling, housekeeping practices (5S+), and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

• Ability to interpret document specifications.
**Years and area of experience required
**• Relevant experience preferred.
**Technical knowledge
**• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions as required.
**Physical Requirements
**• Lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and using both hands to lift and lower materials, with or without accommodations.
