What you'll do:

• Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives aligned with the company's mission and values.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives.
• Identify and address issues and risks that could affect the achievement of strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited
Minimum three (3) years work experience
Minimum two (2) years work experience in strategy, marketing, management consulting, or a related field
No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession

2+ years of market analysis or financial planning experience

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
