Provide accurate financial and SIOP, forecasting, sales pipeline management
Have a sound knowledge of Eaton's financial model including ROS, balance sheet management, cash flow and risk assessment
Embrace a data driven approach using metrics to evaluate & drive performance
Have a strong knowledge of product portfolio, applications and route to market/distribution channels. new markets, gaps and opportunities
Understand the major competitor's landscape, their tactics, organization, distribution, strategy and pricing
Determine best industry practices through collection of customer satisfaction data and benchmarking
Personally establish strong business relationships with (key) customers and understand growth motivators within the customer base
Build a network of internal relationships with business units, product management & segment teams across Eaton globally and to assist the development of marketing strategies and product portfolio evolution
Be a visible advocate of digital tools & cadence systems to drive sales efficiency/effectiveness
Work as a primary sales operations support and perform price list management, delete obsolete items, make annual price increases
Deliver the sales transformation focusing on the changing buyer behavior journey embracing virtual selling and marketing led demand generation within Eaton's vision for sales
Develop a high performing team to drive sales excellence , leveraging the ecosystem to enhance sales productivity
Coach for success and talent development, using emotional intelligence and situational leadership
Ensure the highest level of ethical behavior and safety standards are implemented and aligned with Eaton's culture
Qualifications:
Univeristy degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of sales leadership in similar field preferred
Skills:
Solid sales leadership experience
Broad electrical sector knowledge
Preferably segment expertise in Utility segment, alternatively in commercial buildings industry
Fluency in English language additionally native Estonian or Latvian languages
Strong SAP knowledge
A team player, consultative & detailed, driven, resilient & can-do attitude
