Personally accountable for achieving the sales target
Embrace a data driven approach using metrics to evaluate & drive performance
Experience on utilizing digital sales tools (CPQ, Salesforce, etc.) efficiently
Personally establish strong business relationships with customers and understand growth motivators within the customer base.
Build a network of partner relationships with channel customers
Build a network of internal relationships with business units & product management
Ensure the highest level of ethical behavior and safety standards are implemented and aligned with Eaton's culture
Qualifications:
University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Sales
Skills:
Basic knowledge of Electrical Systems
Power electronics knowledge an advantage
Fluency in Finnish and good level in English language (including technical vocabulary)
A team player, results driven, consultative & detailed, resilient & can-do attitude
Positive and energetic.
