Work closely with manufacturing and technical teams at the plant, engaging directly with customers to address technical queries, support project requirements, and deliver customer-specific solutions.
Report sales activities on a weekly and monthly basis, including sales forecasts and pipeline prognosis.
Establish, develop, and grow new accounts within assigned regions and key accounts.
Achieve sales targets collaboratively through close engagement with the sales team, customers, and business partners.
Plan and coordinate internal and external resources required to support sales engagements and project execution.
Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence related to projects within the assigned territory.
Manage the full sales cycle through order closure with end users, both directly and jointly with business partners.
Provide structured feedback to Management on market issues, trends, competitive activity, and customer priorities.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of all relevant sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in the CRM system.
Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to ensure renewals and the continuation of long term partnerships with agents and customers.
Demonstrate initiative in defining and driving key performance objectives-including turnover, standard margin, new product growth, and territory expansion-in consultation with Management.
Travel within South Korea as required to support customers, partners, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
Engineering degree (preferably Electrical or Electronic Eng)
10 Years of Sales experience in O&G preferably in Telecommunication / Fire & Gas / Instrumentation segments
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
