E. Conduct product & Solution sharing, specify Eaton brand and its products and solutions to influencers and decision makers
F. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree, major in engineering or equivalent
A. Significant Electrical Product/Services Knowledge
B. Significant experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques
C. 10+ years related experience in power distribution product & marketing
Skills:
A. Network with General Contractor & Electrical Contractor
B. Network with local consultants and specifiers
C. Commercial Acumen and Sensitivities to Project GTM Model
D. Knowledge in Busway Product"
