In this role, you will handle multiple communication disciplines and tactics, digital and off-line, and ensure that we are reaching our key audiences in the Baltic countries with appropriate, impactful communication through the relevant channels.
Essential Functions:
Lead all local marketing operations, activities and initiatives for the Baltic countries
Develop and execute marketing plans to support the defined market segments in line with overall business strategy
Ensure continuous tracking and optimization of campaigns and tactics to improve ROI
Introduce, support and develop the partner program needed to develop our partner relation
Develop push and pull activities with EMEA Channel Marketing Team
Support the development, realization and follow up of events
Qualifications:
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communication or other relevant fields. Experience in B2B is an advantage
You have minimum B.S. or B.A. degree in engineering, marketing, communications, business or related fields
