    Position summary

    ooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruption.

    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure system solutions align with business objectives.

    • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems, performing regular audits and implementing necessary controls.

    • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support end-users in effectively utilizing HR systems.

    • Project Management: Lead and participate in HR system projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring HR systems or related enterprise platforms.

    • Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and technology.

    • Experience working with HRIS platforms (such as Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems) is highly desirable.

    • Thorough knowledge of HR technology applications, data integrity, and system configuration.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess and optimize business processes and systems.

    • Demonstrated experience applying project management methodologies in cross-functional or technology-driven initiatives.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business partners.

    • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, process efficiency, and data quality.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and partner confidently with senior business and IT leaders.

    • Strong interpersonal skills, including facilitation, negotiation, and the ability to lead, influence, and build alignment across diverse groups.

    • Team-oriented approach with a commitment to shared success and inclusive collaboration.

    • High attention to detail with a strong drive to deliver results.

    • Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity while maintaining accuracy and accountability.

    • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (3x per week) in our Tanauan, Batangas office following EMEA time (Midshift).
