    • Design and develop analog and digital hardware for circuit protection devices including trip units, meters, and breakers.
    • Execute product development from concept through commercialization, including schematic design, component selection, PCB layout review, and prototype validation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, systems) to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
    • Conduct simulations and analysis using tools like LTspice, PSpice, and ModelSim.
    • Perform design verification and validation, including functional, environmental, and compliance testing.
    • Support resolution of field and production issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
    • Ensure compliance with global standards such as UL, IEC, and NEC.
    • Contribute to technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, test plans, and reports.
    • Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
    • Drive continuous improvement in hardware development processes and tools."

    Qualifications:

    B.E. / M.E / Mtech Electronics / E&TC
    5-7 years in electronic hardware design, preferably in power distribution or industrial automation domains

    Skills:

    "- Strong experience in analog and digital circuit design including op-amps, filters, power supplies, and microcontroller-based systems.

    • Proficiency in high-speed and mixed-signal design, PCB layout principles, and EMI/EMC considerations.
    • Familiarity with communication protocols such as RS232, SPI, I2C, Modbus, CAN, and Ethernet.
    • Hands-on experience with simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice), schematic capture, and PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD).
    • Experience in hardware validation, physical layer testing, and troubleshooting.
