    Position summary

    he company and their strategic accounts
    • You will partner with regional sales director and regional sales manager for strategic direction
    • You will spend the majority of your time at key accounts (within driving range)
    • You will independently develop and implements action plans targeted at YOY growth and agreed performance levels.
    • You will make recommendations to management regarding potential challenges or issues on a case-by-case basis, offering solutions and pro-actively scheduling sales calls

    Qualifications:

    Required (Basic) Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics

    • Possess valid driver's license

    • Candidates must currently reside within 100 miles of either South Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL - no relocation will be provided for this role. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Electrical Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

    • 5 years within Electronics sales and technical selling

    • 5 years in an outside sales or field application role

    • Electronics circuitry, design and application experience

    • Able to travel up to 75%

    The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $97,500.00 - 143,000.00.

    Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
