Position summary

Lead the cross function issus resove, arrange the discussion if needed
Help new/Less seniority colleagues learn product knowledge and develop process
Contributes innovative idea, disclosure, and does pre-study, enhance the product competitiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above
Over 7 years power electronic product development experience
Familiar with power electrical and electronic knowledge, product, topology, circuit, component design
Familiar with product development process
Familiar with electronic product definition, application requirement. UPS related product experience is preferred
Skillful English speaking and writing
Excellent communication skills and collaborative style
Have the skills of simulation tools, such as PSIM, MATHCAD...
Responsible, proactive and self-drive.
