This role specifically oversees sales across the CIS region, particularly Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.
What you'll do:
Lead Generation & Opportunity Qualification: Identify, prospect, and qualify high-potential leads and strategic sales opportunities to build and prioritize a robust pipeline.
Territory & Account Planning: Develop strategic territory plans and detailed account plans to maximize market penetration and long-term customer growth.
Customer Engagement Preparation: Plan calls and meetings with clear strategic objectives focused on relationship building and long-term value creation.
Needs Discovery & Solution Design: Analyze and uncover complex customer needs to craft tailored, value-driven offerings aligned with business objectives.
Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the strategic value of Eaton's products and solutions.
Quotation & Deal Management: Manage quotations, negotiate effectively, overcome objections, gain customer commitment, and close high-value deals.
Solution Delivery & Follow-Up: Ensure successful delivery, monitor satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities through continuous follow-up.
Promotion & Partner Program Management: Execute promotional activities and manage the Partner Advantage Program to strengthen partner relationships and drive growth.
Pipeline, Reporting & Business Reviews: Conduct deal/pipeline reviews, track performance through detailed reporting, and lead business reviews with customers.
Continuous Improvement & New Product Adoption: Improve sales processes continuously and define targets to drive adoption of new products and market innovation.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Ideally an Electrical Engineering or relevant background.
Skills:
Product and Industry Knowledge: Ideally experienced in the sales of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and/or Low Voltage Systems / Medium Voltage Switchgear;
Previous Experience: 2-5 years of experience, ideally in selling to CIS countries;
Required Languages: Fluency in Russian is a must, coupled with fluency in either Turkish or English (ideally both).
