• Pack and label parts for sub-contract
• Use of Carrier systems i.e. UPS, FedEx, DHL, Palletforce
• QA186 Certification (A Stamp) with reduced shipping screens
• Inter-company transfers
• TAXi system
• Produce customer labels/tags i.e. CT176
• Arrange collections/returns - inbound/outbound
• Customer portal completion i.e.
• Raising goods received notes.
• Match part and documentation in order to make/process a receipt.
• Monitor delivery dates in order to provide an accurate supplier on time delivery.
• Update imported database with weights/quantities of packaging for packaging submission.
• Complete imports register.
• Receive Wesco items.
• Order Wesco items.
• Order Banner items.
• Order Arco items.
• Maintain re-order point control for centrally stocked stationary and PPE (i.e. gloves etc.)
• DIP scanning preparation.
• Distribute product/materials around site including bus stop system.
• MFG Pro user.
• Hold an 'A' stamp with appropriate scopes.
• Obtain Counterbalance Forklift Certificate.
• Obtain a Powered Pallet Truck Certificate.
• Barrel grab certificate.
• Pin stamping of raw material.
• Barrier/Gate operation & security
Hours of work:
• Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:45, Friday 08:00am to 12:00pm.
• 37 hours per week.
Qualifications:
GCSE or equivalent Maths and English
Skills:
• Ability to be flexible to meet business needs
• Knowledge of traceability processes
• Good communication and influencing skills required
• IT Literate - Microsoft office experience (Word/Excel, including ability to analyse data in MS Excel)
• Aerospace experience an advantage
• Demonstrable experience of using a PC, including databases and MS Office packages
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Proven high level of Attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role advantageous
