    Position summary

    ealization.
    • Monitor pricing performance indicators, identifying variances, trends, and financial risks or opportunities.
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of pricing-related financial data used for analysis and reporting.
    • Maintain structured pricing datasets and analytical files to support ongoing financial insights and leadership reporting.
    • Partner with Finance and Product stakeholders to ensure pricing data aligns with financial forecasts and performance objectives.

    Ad hoc (as requested):
    • Perform advanced data analytics and financial analysis related to pricing, cost structures, margins, revenues, and profitability and identify pricing opportunities, trends, and risks.
    • Apply a strong pricing background to evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities that support Eaton's pricing objectives.
    • Support strategic planning initiatives by providing analytical insights that inform pricing strategies, profitability improvement, and business decisions.
    • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor pricing performance and business impact.
    • Collect and validate data from internal and external sources related to pricing, costs, revenues, and profitability.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support pricing decisions and strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, product, and finance to align pricing objectives and goals.

    Qualifications:

    Education level required
    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business with emphasis in Finance or Analytics or related field.

    Years and area of experience required
    • 3-5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related commercial analytics activities.
    • Proficient in Excel and Power BI, with experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

    Technical knowledge
    • Strong understanding of Pricing concepts: margin, discounts, mark-ups, etc.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accurac
    • Explicit financial analysis skills (cost structures, profitability, variance analysis)
    • Data analysis and reporting capabilities (especially tied to Excel and Power BI)
    • Experience working with large datasets and data validation
    • Ability to translate data into insights for leadership (technical + business bridge)
    • Drives efficency using process improvement tools and techniques
    • Excellent english communication skills, with the ability to distill complex requests into simple and actionable terms
