Respond to client inquiries about our products: status in the product lifecycle, REACH, IMDS, ROHS, etc.
When level of experience in this position is demonstrated:
Prepare and lead Product presentations and trainings for Customers or internal audience,
Participate to Continuous improvment (for process & tools) and/or adapt our service to market evolutions (ex: Reach, IMDS...)
Qualifications:
Technician' degree (Mechanical/Electrical or similar field)
Experience in a similar position
Skills:
Communication Skills, Customer-Oriented, Adaptability, & Problem-Solving Ability
Good command of verbal and written English & French
