    Position summary

    ces, transmit client drawings and 3D models, clarify our product performances.

    • Respond to client inquiries about our products: status in the product lifecycle, REACH, IMDS, ROHS, etc.

    • When level of experience in this position is demonstrated:

    • Prepare and lead Product presentations and trainings for Customers or internal audience,

    • Participate to Continuous improvment (for process & tools) and/or adapt our service to market evolutions (ex: Reach, IMDS...)

    Qualifications:

    • Technician' degree (Mechanical/Electrical or similar field)

    • Experience in a similar position

    Skills:

    • Communication Skills, Customer-Oriented, Adaptability, & Problem-Solving Ability

    • Good command of verbal and written English & French
