• Executes exception messages (postponement/anticipation/cancellation of orders) and manage internal escalations.
• Monitor KPI of internal teams and provide plan of action to mitigate the risk and stop gaps.
• Resolving internal discrepancies with operations and external issues with suppliers (e.g. delivery issues, claims, quality issues etc.)
• Works closely with logistics partners and suppliers for material delivery as per incoterms
• Evaluates and monitors supply performance (SOTD) and works with suppliers and category managers to implement corrective/preventive actions for on time performance improvement.
• Supplier invoice management and support in resolution of holds for timely payments.
• Maintains inventory levels of materials in accordance with the objectives set and works with inputs from inventory analysts and network schedulers for optimized inventory level.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Leadership
• 1. People Management:
• a) Has prior team management experience in the Materials Management domain
• b) Shall own end to end responsibility of the team including Performance assessment, Team Career growth, assessing their skill set and mapping the training needs, Finance budget and forecast, Attrition mitigation etc
• 3.Continuous Improvement: To demonstrate a practical approach to continuous improvement of the processes which directly manage the delivery of our services & Champions Continuous Improvement projects to improve productivity of the team.
• 4.Technical Competencies & service delivery requirements:
• 5. Advanced Functional knowledge and exposure in Operational Buying and Planning
to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required.
Qualifications:
Should be Graduate with Master's degree (Preferably into Materials / Production / Operations Management) Engineering Graduate preferred
Skills:
1.Materials Planning and Inventory Management, Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, Complex calculations and understanding
2.Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills necessary to converse with diverse group of stakeholders including senior management, operations and Supply Chain Management personnel
