    Position summary

    te equipment/machinery to produce painted parts
    • Maintain inventory of supplies necessary to perform daily operations of paint line
    • Perform quality checks to ensure quality standards are met
    • Perform necessary operator maintenance on fabrication equipment
    • Provide on-the-job training as needed
    • Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily
    • Flex to perform other responsibilities as needed

    Qualifications:

    Required (Basic) Qualifications:
    • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
    • No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Arden, NC facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in Fabrication
    • Past experience with powder coat

    Position Success Criteria:

    • Able to lift up to 35 pounds - waist, shoulder, overhead
    • Proven history of safe work habits
    • Must be able to work effectively without direct supervision
    • Must be able to work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced environment
    • Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Internet, machine-specific programs, etc.
    • Must be able to work overtime - weekdays and weekends
