4. Develop annual sales plans in support of EMEA's strategy and objectives.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
6. Utilize Salesforce and other analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
8. Drive customer-centric initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Ensure effective cross- organizational communications, supporting sales plan objectives, organizational needs, and employee engagement.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a senior management role within a sales or P&L management function.
Experience in solution sales, ETO, flow business and channel drive.
15+ years of leadership experience in a growth-oriented, dynamic industry leader of comparable size and scope.
Experience in the Data Center, Utility, and C&I segments.
Experience leading negotiations for hyperscale DC and large industry projects,
Demonstrated ability in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics leading to sustained growth
A strong record of accomplishment in building and developing high-performing, diverse teams within a matrixed organization delivering measurable results.
In-depth knowledge and experience in technical/engineering-focused product sales.
Proven ability to stimulate new process development and process improvement while fostering a culture of learning.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Skills:
Salesforce experience, with proven track record of scaling revenue and profits in complex, multi-market environments.
Deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscapes.
Experience in the electrical industry is strongly preferred.
Proven and successful business and financial acumen with P&L knowledge and ownership strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication, influencing, self-driven and project management skills.
Strong integrative mindset with passion to serve customers and solve problems
Ability to turn concepts into reality and drive execution
Ability to facilitate a sense of belonging, and inclusion, drive ownership and team collaboration.

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
