This role functions as an experienced accounting generalist or across multiple accounting disciplines, providing technical expertise, analytical insight, and support for process improvements within the Accounting function.
What You'll Do
Maintain and support accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Support fiscal controls and risk mitigation efforts to safeguard company assets.
Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
Lead or contribute to accounting projects and initiatives with moderate complexity and risk.
Provide guidance to less-experienced accounting staff and support cross-functional teams in resolving complex accounting issues.
Apply advanced analytical judgment to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
Communicate complex accounting concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and influence adoption of improved practices.
Work independently with limited supervision; escalate only the most complex issues as needed.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and exercise sound professional judgment.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience mentoring junior staff or leading small project teams.
Experience in a multi-entity or complex accounting environment.
Experience in multi-currency transactions
Experience with SAP general ledger
Pay Range
USD $94,810.00 - USD $135,445.00 /Yr.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
