Women managers seem to be held to different (tougher) standards than men, so it can be hard to be a working mother here. With that said, there's a wonderful network of professional women who band together to support each other. I've never had that anywhere else.

I think certain departments are better than others with regard to treating women equally. And the family leave policies could improve. However, they are making strides, like putting mothers' rooms in all the buildings.
