    • Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships within business areas, service providers, and vendors

    • Work in partnership with other fulfillment associates to plan, strategize, and manage logistical workflows.

    • Identify and execute operational improvements to business processes.

    • Ensure prudent use of the firm's financial resources.

    • Oversee the logistical creation, production, and delivery of firm training materials.

    • Prioritize incoming fulfillment project using firm resources to complete the work.

    What You Will Do:

    • Coordinate service delivery between Edward Jones and external vendor/service providers

    • Participate on cross-functional projects based on the evolving nature of the area

    • Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships within business areas, service providers, and vendors

    • Work in partnership with other fulfillment associates to plan, strategize, and manage logistical workflows.

    • Identify and execute operational improvements to business processes.

    • Ensure prudent use of the firm's financial resources.

    • Oversee the logistical creation, production, and delivery of firm training materials.

    • Prioritize incoming fulfillment project using firm resources to complete the work.

    It is a requirement for this role to be onsite M-F, HQ North Campus - 201 Progress Parkway

Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism.     What You Will Need:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

    • Highly effective process improvement focus with the ability to plan, organize, implement change.

    • Demonstrates ability to build and sustain productive working relationships.

    • Effective communication, organizational, time and project management skills

    • Problem solving and decision making skills

    • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information

    • Ability to prioritize workloads

    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel with v-lookups (PowerPoint is a plus)
