The Integration Management Office (IMO) Lead is responsible for orchestrating the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering a seamless transition post-transaction. This role is pivotal in translating deal strategy into actionable integration plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving execution to achieve intended synergies and cultural alignment.

Skills/Requirements
The span of influence is high in that the Integration Management Office (IMO) has responsibility to partner with and influence leaders at all levels globally and locally without authority. The role is responsible for leading and guiding teams through influence vs. direct authority. The IMO is responsible for identifying firm level high priority constraints and creating awareness and alignment with senior level leadership team as it relates to acquisition integration efforts. This individual will be required to provide guidance to ensure the delivery of value for our inorganic growth initiatives.
Education/Experience
Required - Bachelor's Degree, Preferred - Master's Degree
Minimum experience (6-10 Years), Preferred (11-14 Years)
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years consulting experience
5+ years of experience leading large and complex programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5+ years of experience with systems thinking and integration
5+ years of experience creating and managing strategic roadmaps with senior leaders
Advanced Degree(s) or Certification(s) in Business, Finance is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in merger integrations and/or acquisitions
Advanced Degree(s) or Certification(s) in Business, Finance is strongly preferred.
