Track and manage program changes, escalations, approvals, and delivery milestones to ensure compliance.
2. Partner Portal Administration
Oversee day-to-day operations across Azure and AWS partner portals.
Create and submit referrals, opportunities, and program entries.
Manage incoming and outgoing leads, ensuring timely updates and communication with the sales organization.
Maintain data accuracy, program hygiene, and compliance within partner systems.
3. Sales Meeting Coordination
Organize and coordinate recurring partner sales meetings.
Develop and distribute meeting agendas.
Capture, document, and circulate comprehensive post‑meeting minutes and action items.
Track follow-ups and ensure closure of all commitments across global stakeholders.
4. Audit & Compliance Management
Lead and coordinate audit-related activities linked to alliance programs.
Project manage the entire audit process, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Track attendance, document discussions, and ensure all compliance requirements are satisfied.
5. Program Documentation & Reporting
Create and maintain operational documentation including:
Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and consistency across teams.
6. Event Support
Support global alliance‑related events, including webinars, workshops, and major partner conferences.
Manage pre‑event logistics, planning sessions, communications, and content preparation.
Coordinate post‑event reporting, follow-up actions, and engagement tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
3-6 years' experience in program management, partner management, business operations, or a similar function-preferably within IT services or cloud ecosystems.
Experience working with Microsoft and/or AWS partner programs, funding mechanisms, or partner portals.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with global teams, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, partner center tools, or cloud marketplace operations.
Prior exposure to alliance management or cloud program operations.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
