"You can tell leadership have intentinally built a company culture in the forefront. People are collaborative and appreciative.
We have standard work hours but leaders and teams work to give flexibility for folks in different life stages while balancing client needs.
I've seen progress the last few years with new Associate Resource Groups and improvements to benefits and policies to support women and families.
I'm excited for the future!"

"I have never felt any kind of discrimination. Ensono works hard to support and promote women and those of any minority status."

"flexibility depends on department, obviously client-facing roles have higher demands, as with any company, but Ensono does well to try and make up for that - recently offering "Flexible Paid Days Off" to find more balance."
