Global Process Governance Team is seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to support initiatives focused on optimizing and maintaining organizational processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a keen interest in business administration to gain practical experience in process management and governance within a Global IT Service Provider.

What you will do

• Assist in updating, organizing, and maintaining process documentation, templates, and guidelines in alignment with governance standards.

• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives within the Process Governance department to address process-related challenges and propose solutions.

• Learn to support end users with their challenges around tools supported by process governance team.

• Learn to triage requests incoming to process governance team and address basic standard requests.

• Learn to perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the objectives of the Process Governance Team.

• Support daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of organizational processes.

What you will need

• English (spoken and written) minimum B2 level - essential

• Strong communication skills and the ability to relay complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is considered an advantage but not mandatory.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with process management tools like ServiceNow

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Internship details

• Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

• Location: Gdansk, primarily remote but office is available depending on your preference. In person at the office once a month.

• Work hours: Full time - 40h, flexible hours per your availability.
