Key Responsibilities
Own the Product roadmap and backlog for your platform
Gathering of customer, business, and technical requirements and filtering them down into a single product backlog
Facilitating backlog refinement sessions
Full knowledge and understanding of the product and the process
Ensures solutions meet current customer need
Daily representation of the customer or end user in the scrum team to clarify questions on backlog items
Creating mockups and prototypes to support project direction
Tracking metrics for measurement of business outcomes gained from implemented solutions
Skills
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
Ability to set priorities
Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to understand the big picture solution and then craft requirements into actionable use cases, epics, user stories
Demonstrated leadership of business analyst function in a Behavior Driven Development/Gherkin environment
Demonstrated success in owning a technology platform and creating measureable business outcomes
Ability to be effective in a growing and dynamic organization
Takes initiative and assumes responsibility
Work closely with UX on internal/external facing interfaces or design them yourself
'Working knowledge' of com/force.com platform, Business Process Automation Tools, IT Service Management Systems, WorkDay, or other back office systems
Ability to demonstrate the correct method for applying a heel hook
Experience: 6+ Years
