Senior Billing Analyst

ess experienced associates, review of work, enhance/improve processes
Keys invoices into billing system, verifies proof of agreement, proof of delivery, pricing, etc.
Prepares memo billing and provides memo bills to Account Teams
Reconciles memo billing to actual billing
Prepares weekly and monthly required reports
Implements SOX controls for invoicing and revenue recognition
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
High School diploma
Minimum of eight years of experience
Advanced, proven knowledge of accounting
Preferred
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent work experience
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of accounting principles
Viewed as a leader in respective job area
