Job Responsibilities
Regularly lead self, establish as Product SME and/or establish as specialist
Understands how whole picture aligns to overall Ensono strategy
Provide thought leadership within the CMOD team.
Understand how to configure and support CMOD on Z/OS
Understand how to configure and support all related batch CMOD jobs
Understand how to support client access to the Z/OS CMOD repository
Processes communication skills to participate in Client meetings and new business deals.
Work in a Team environment with CMOD team and other Stake holders.
Review and analyze existing processes and improve to standard if required.
Enhance the performance of others through mentoring and guiding
Design automated monitoring techniques for problem identification and prevention
Provide and document problem analysis, resolution, and prevention, designing procedures and best practice techniques
Owner of highly complex assignments
Installation and upgrade experience
Validate the CMOD application during infrastructure upgrades
Disaster recovery exercise procedure participation and coordination
Qualifications
Required
Experience with CMOD on Z/OS
Batch job support, JCL
Ability to maintain CMOD Application groups, applications, and folders
Experience with OAM for CMOD storage
Preferred
Experience Installing and maintaining appropriate software versions
Ability to perform complex CMOD changes without failure
Ability to perform and lead complex projects
Ability to mentor and show leadership qualities
Rexx, COBOL development experience
Shift Timing-3 PM to 12 AM (Night)
