Qualifications and Skills:

• Extensive experience in business process management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.

• Advanced knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change).

• Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).

• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a dynamic environment.
