About the role:
The person in this role will assist in the execution of Ensono's treasury.
Primary responsibilities will include owning the global cash forecast and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operating needs. In addition, responsibilities will include insurance risk management, corporate debt management, treasury reporting, and compliance.
This role will assist in the development of robust reporting metrics, including the monitoring of the firm's cash flow forecast, foreign exchange risk, and counterparty risks.
In addition, the role will be responsible for the execution of back-office and deal capture processes.
The role will also support the annual renewal and management of the company's insurance programs.
The position will also be involved with other finance-related projects with other departments of the organization as they arise.
What you'll be doing:
Develop detailed consolidated cash flow forecasts, both short-term tactical and long-term strategic, along with provide variance commentary to upper management.
Manage the annual insurance renewal and related business requests.
Assist in the daily management of cash, debt, and investments.
Review monthly interest expense and accruals; monitor and review loan compliance.
Prepare and report reporting on global cash balances and investments, including to senior management.
Prepare month-end reports for Tax and Accounting
Compile exposure information and report on relevant financial risks (f/x, counterparty).
Maintain operating compliance and contribute to an effective control environment.
Recommend and lead automation and other process improvement efforts.
Perform counterparty risk analysis.
Analyze bank statements and identify ways to reduce fees.
Assists in processing letters of credit and bank guarantee issuances
Assist in responding to bank requests for KYC reporting and other requests.
Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 2 pm - 10 pm.
This role is remote within Poland.
Your background and experience:
CTP designation
Analyze data and make decisions quickly.
Experience with treasury tools such as banking portals
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners as needed
Aptitude to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Ability to learn in a dynamic environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics
5+ years of corporate treasury experience
Ability to work in collaboration with others
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Advanced Excel modeling experience and proficiency, combined with the ability to work with complex data and interpret complex documents
Experience with Workday or other similar HCM/financial systems
Experience with using new data visualization/presentation tools (Tableau, Power Pivot, Think Cell, etc.)
Strong knowledge of financial instruments
Experience in a global company
