This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency in execution, communication + best practices. An integral part of this role is to establish, develop, and manage the engagement strategy and the detailed project plan.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across multiple departments
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, using tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, and Smartsheets.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution, including installation, testing, and implementation of new operating systems and system software.
Manage project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques; proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability
Oversee quality assurance and compliance with technical standards; with technical standards, including mainframe best practices (z/OS, tape management, scheduling, security, monitoring, etc.).
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, to project teams, including maintenance, debugging, and tuning of systems software.
Communicate project status and escalate issues to stakeholders as needed
Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned
Research and evaluate new software and hardware products; assist team members and other areas with technical questions and problem resolution.
Monitor and tune systems software for optimal performance.
Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring for associates; contribute to the domain body of knowledge and provide thought leadership.
Support pre-sales and client engagement as needed

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in technical program management (10+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of software development life cycles, IT infrastructure, or systems integration
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project,Smartsheets)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PMP or Agile certification is a plus)
Strong client management background
Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Skilled at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Able to support pre-sales + client engagement needs when appropriate.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $70,000 to $112,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
