Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
Assist in Group Support functions including AR Maintenance entries and managing monthly reporting needs
Prepare journal entries, expense accruals and billing files
Assist in analyzing monthly Statement and identify variances
Reconcile monthly invoices from vendors and review for accuracy
Facilitate invoicing process and assist with AR related questions
Assist in identifying risk areas related to Commute and CarShare operations
Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed
