    Responsibilities

    We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

    • Assist in Group Support functions including AR Maintenance entries and managing monthly reporting needs

    • Prepare journal entries, expense accruals and billing files

    • Assist in analyzing monthly Statement and identify variances

    • Reconcile monthly invoices from vendors and review for accuracy

    • Facilitate invoicing process and assist with AR related questions

    • Assist in identifying risk areas related to Commute and CarShare operations

    • Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed

    Qualifications

    Minimum:

    • Must meet ONE of the following education requirements:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
      • Master's Degree in Accounting
      • Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Concentration in Accounting
    • Must have Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
