"I have always been the type of person that works overworks themselves & then regrets not taking more time for my family after the fact. My team at Enterprise has done a great job of reminding us that our work will be there for us when we get back. This has in turn made me more comfortable taking that 'extra day' every so often to be with my child. I have become a much more well-rounded individual!"

"There are so many ways to advance here as a woman - different departments, divisions & opportunities are always coming up. It's also very comforting to know that our CEO started off as a Management Trainee herself - I truly see no limits here for women!"

"We not only have our paid leave but we also have a phase-back program for when you decide to return to work you only work 50% of the work week (and are paid 100%), the following week is 60% & so on - this allows the family to adjust to their new life and feel comfortable easing into the balance of work and parenthood."

"Every department is different. There are tons of rules. If you don't like them, you have to really think about if they are issues you can or cannot surmount. "
