This position is full time and requires normal business working hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

Responsibilities
File vehicle rendition notices to applicable counties
Review and enter appraisal notices into the personal property tax system
Protest values and exemptions where necessary
Track and pay personal property tax open bills
Account schedule preparation for the personal property tax accounts
Process related monthly AP, AR, GL, and CT entries
Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, jurisdictions, and state services
Run weekly and monthly PPT reports
Respond to Service Now incidents for billing services questions
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must currently reside in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area
Minimum one year of administrative or accounting related experience
Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Previous AP/AR experience preferred
Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
