The pay for this position starts at $19.00 / hour.
This position is located at Boston Logan Airport (BOS) - 15 Transportation Way Boston, MA 02128.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer inquiries via email for all three brands (Enterprise, National, and Alamo)
Responsible for logging and organizing items in the Lost and Found
Provide daily follow up with QSPs.
Responsible for working with customers with overdue rentals.
Provide assistance with Incomplete Rentals and Returns
Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned.
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
