The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in California, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $143,100 to $182,500 annually. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses.

Responsibilities
Establish, communicate and lead execution of the vision and strategy for assigned products
Ability to manage a global product offering. Understanding the market, financial, legal and operational needs within numerous countries throughout the world
Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on the product roadmap and that the product delivers value
Lead the effort in defining product requirements based on customer insights, market analysis, and competitive landscape; serve as the primary contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the team is translating complex technical requirements into actionable tasks
Own the creation of the product's business case and P&L statement. This includes market fit, competitors, current & future market segments by county, expense ratios, etc.
Oversee prioritization of product backlogs ensuring the team is maximizing value delivery and is in alignment with strategic objectives
Ensure processes for customer validation of product concepts and features are completed prior to development, ensuring that all products released to market are based on validated market needs and have a clear business case
Manage and develop a team, identifying skill gaps and providing targeted training to enhance capabilities in areas such as market understanding, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management
Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to inform product decisions; identify opportunities for improvement, communicate findings to key stakeholders and iterate on strategy to ensure continuous improvement
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Up to 30% travel (foreign & domestic)

Required:

Bachelor's Degree
Must be at least 18 years of age

7+ years Technical Product Management experience including:
5+ years people management experience of direct reports to include:
3+ years experience in a Software as a Service (Saas) environment
Ability for up to 30% Travel for Meetings (foreign & domestic)
