The Product Portfolio Manager will work closely with Enterprise Fleet Management (EFM) senior leaders, Product teams, IT and other necessary stakeholders to facilitate collaborative discussions and analysis to identify strategic intent, develop a digital product strategy, product road-map(s) and delivery, and monitors feature performance for their portfolio and family(ies) of capabilities.

Responsibilities
Thoroughly understand, advocate, and drive strategies that addresses our customers' problems as well as the business goals and objectives, representing that point of view on a day-to-day basis across a portfolio of products and family(ies) of capabilities
Own definition of the problem that is to be solved and the determination of its business and customer value within our digital products
Develop business cases, vision and strategy of a family(ies) of Capabilities and/or portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals and communicate them with relevant internal teams (including MarTech, IX, IT, Brand and other Marketing teams, and Senior Leadership)
Develop and deliver effective executive level presentations and clearly aritculate product solution options, progress update, and functionality to senior level management
Develop direct reports to their full potential through training, coaching and feedback; Work with individuals on the team to create training and learning opportunities and cultivate strengths and talents
Oversee resources planning for the team, anticipating needs for more resources and personnel
Understand and evaluate new and existing product specifications across a portfolio of products to ensure the scope of the current and future product(s) meets marketing and business objectives.
Ensure requests and appropriate feedback are seamlessly integrated into the product road map and development processes by playing a key role in development efforts including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints and scrums
Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to define a compelling product roadmap and storyline and ensure successful completion within appropriate budget guidelines and project timeline on the implementation and launch of multiple digital product projects
Develop and curate new ideas, determine which ideas will achieve critical objectives and should be promoted into business cases or features, and communicate the status back to stakeholders
Confirm completion of product development and determine readiness for release/launch, ensuring delivery of well aligned, high value solutions through use of product life cycle and agile development methodologies
Develop and oversee key performance indicators for the product against industry leading benchmarks and other business and Marketing goals
Identify needs by monitoring feedback from various listening tools, work with internal teams on usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional business partners
Stay abreast of technical and professional trends, including market and competitive conditions, and innovations to best serve digital products, Marketing and other business goals
