This role will report to the Tax Director and is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
This position certainly involves a wide range of responsibilities! Here's a summary of the key tasks:
Tax Provisions Management: Oversee and review tax provisions under ASC 740 for U.S. financial statements and foreign tax provisions under local GAAP
Supervision: Supervise two provision employees
Quarterly Reviews: Review quarterly tax rate projections and tax account analyses
Legislation Monitoring: Keep track of proposed income tax legislation
Communication: Clearly communicate complex tax issues to senior management
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on income tax issues and recommend compliance or tax-saving strategies
Policy Development: Assist in developing company-wide tax policies
Consultation: Work with external service providers on tax provision audits

Qualifications
Required:
Must have 10 or more years of combined public accounting and corporate income tax experience
Must meet ONE of the following education requirements:
Must have 6 or more years of experience managing a team
Must have advanced knowledge of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) with 6 or more years of tax provision (ASC 740) experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
