    Description

    Financial Services Software Solution Specialist

    As a Financial Services Software Sales Specialist, you will be an important player on our sales team, responsible for driving revenue from both existing and new customer opportunities. You will use your expertise in financial software, analytics, and fraud solutions to lead sales programs and collaborate with a team of Account Executives.

    You will explain and present complex technical solutions to clients. You will develop strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

    You will need to be able to work numerous opportunities in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You also need to excel at collaborating with internal partners, developing a sales strategy. You will need to develop solutions that meet client needs and achieve business growth. You will adapt to changing market conditions and address challenges in this role.

    You will have a background in sales. You will also be passionate, and motivated by the challenge of increasing sales and exceeding goals. You will report to the Director of Sales. This position is remote-friendly. Compensation for this role consists of a base salary plus sales incentives/commissions.

    What you'll do:

    • Lead sales opportunities through professional sales techniques and long-term customer engagement

    • Exceed set sales quotas

    • Lead any assigned RFP efforts by collaborating with other teams to deliver the best possible response

    • Provide updates on pipelines and forecasts

    • Keep up to date with competition, industry trends, and products

    • Participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows

    • Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations.

    • Conduct contract negotiations

    • Provide advice about products and services to customers and external partners.

    • Assess client needs to recommend high value solutions linked to goals, enhancing client loyalty.

    • Provide expertise by bringing new ideas and technologies to assist clients in achieving their goals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    • 5+ years of consultative sales experience

    • In-depth experience in sales methodology with excellent closing and negotiation skills.

    • Experience exceeding assigned quotas and timelines.

    • Experience in Analytics, Software, Fraud or like industries

    • Background in financial services

    • Experience presenting to clients and team members

    • Knowledge of product industry and competitor services

    • Ability to travel
