"Experian is a really fantastic company to work for. Instead of just paying lip service to supporting women and diversity - they actually do it. There are women in executive level positions throughout the company and a noticeable commitment to equality. "

"I love the flexibility that Experian offers, especially because I'm a remote worker. The company has been especially amazing during this pandemic. They stress the importance of our physical and mental well being. They know we have kids at home and that our work schedule has to be different right now especially those with young kids. The leaders share videos from their homes giving us updates and showing us that they are in the same boat we are. Often their kids even interrupt these WebEx calls - which I find to be very real. They are not rushing anyone back in to the offices and they are truly putting our safety first. "

"Experian is a great, flexible place to work. Flexible work schedules is the backbone of our company culture. I work with a team that is spread all across the US - some of us are in offices, some are 100% remote, and some work remotely a few days a week. The benefits are excellent including paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement and generous stock/401k plans. Thinking back 5 years ago when I joined the company, the benefits and culture have improved a lot! All the recent changes came from employee surveys which shows how much the company listens and takes action. I feel lucky to work for Experian! "
