Description
What you will do:
You will report into the Head of Analytics Delivery - EMEA & APAC
Define clear goals and objectives for each direct employee
Ensure that each team member has regular performance reviews, career conversations, and a structured career development plan
Monitor performance and improvements of team in key metrics and take corrective actions when necessary
Lead the recruitment process for the assigned team in partnership with Talent Acquisition
Ensure that team follows internal policies and best practices
Be a main point of contact and escalation for the external stakeholders of the team
Ensure that the vision of the team is aligned with the vision of the senior management for the business unit they are part of and for Experian as a whole
Manage risks and issues with either effective mitigations or recovery plans in place
Be accountable for all projects that are executed in the team
Qualifications
What you will bring:
2+ years of experience in People management
Fluent English
University degree with a high numerical content (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
Advanced knowledge in project management principles
Strategic and analytical thinking
Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
Conflict resolution and risk management skills
