    Description

    Our bid management team fulfils the critical role of overseeing and coordinating the bidding process within Experian EMAP Sales. They analyse and evaluate bid proposals submitted by potential vendors and suppliers and are essential in driving business growth and revenue generation.

    Reporting to the Bid Management Lead you will oversee the end-to-end bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals. You will create thoughtful strategies for the bidding process, managing resources and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

    What you'll do:

    • Analyse the RFI/RFP document to understand the needs of the client

    • Contribute to the tender qualification process

    • Coordinate standard bids and responses to customer RFP/RFQ's

    • Plan bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met

    • Partner with other managers to agree bid details

    • Coordinate across multiple internal departments (Sales, Product Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering & Service Delivery, Network Planning, Marketing) to ensure the best bid offering following our commercial strategy and marketing guidelines

    • Write and edit tender responses

    • Acquire the necessary resources and communicate with internal and external teams to build convincing tender responses

    • Critically evaluate all submissions to the tender

    • Coordinate regular catch-up meetings

    • Prepare case studies and other reference materials

    Qualifications

    What you will bring:

    • 1+ years of relevant experience

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Experience working with Microsoft office, SeviceNow, SalesForce (desired but not mandatory)

    • Fluent English
