gh collaboration with sales leadership and operations. You will be focus on identifying new opportunities and improving processes aligned with the Digital Finance strategy. This role offers development opportunities and is crucial for the evolving Finance team. You will report to the FP&A Commissions Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage monthly and annual commission processes, including revenue reconciliation, goal tracking, and commission calculations.
Enhance reporting, process efficiencies, and system automations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Sales and BU Finance teams to exceed profit expectations and improve performance.
Provide transparency into sales performance through improved reporting and analysis.
Address commission-related inquiries and perform compensation plan analysis.
Conduct data mining, reporting, and maintain desktop procedure documents while following Service level agreements and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA as an ideal.
Advanced English level
4+ years progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A or similar business partnering role.
Experience working with commission/compensation processes (preferred) and being a strategic partner to Sales Teams.
Excel skill required; Experience of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView as an ideal.
Experience working in an offshore Shared Service Center as an ideal.
Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques, with the ability to translate findings into clear, relevant business solutions for Finance and operational leaders
