Job description
As a Client Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of products and
services by coordinating across teams, managing timelines, and maintaining accurate, compliant,
product data across multiple platforms. This role requires strong prioritization skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication with
clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Management: Schedule and execute data updates, ensuring all product information is
accurate and maintained to a high standard.
• Compliance Assurance: Review product changes and verify that data meets compliance
regulations (FCA, GDPR, etc.).
• Product Onboarding: Liaise with external lenders and third-party sites to facilitate smooth
onboarding of new products.
• Project Coordination: Manage end-to-end delivery processes, ensuring products and services
are implemented accurately and on time.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of products and oversee sign-off
procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to clients and internal teams on
delivery progress and onboarding status.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all deliverables adhere to regulatory requirements (FCA,
GDPR, etc.) and internal standards.
• Prioritization & Planning: Effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams, including Commercial,
Compliance, and QA, to ensure smooth delivery.
• Agile Practices: Contribute to an Agile working environment, adapting to changing priorities and
supporting team goals.
Qualifications
1-5yrs of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with testing and quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with compliance regulations (FCA, GDPR) preferred.
Collaborative mindset with experience in Agile methodologies
