    Description

    Experian Marketing Services is looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team. This role is central to planning, coordinating, and implementing Experian's participation in industry events, conferences, tradeshows, client entertainment experiences, and hosted events in our New York office. You will also provide administrative and operational support for the event marketing function.

    Your work will guide Experian's visibility in the marketplace, strengthen customer and partner engagement, and contribute directly to demand generation and brand growth. You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and work hybrid from our New York office and from home.

    Responsibilities

    • You will coordinate logistics for in-person events including venue selection, vendor management, catering, A/V, signage, shipping, and on-site execution.

    • You will support strategic event planning in collaboration with senior leaders and sales partners to align events with our goals.

    • You will manage event budgets, vendor relations, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    • You will partner with creative and digital teams to deliver high-quality event collateral, signage, presentations, and digital assets.

    • You will oversee registration platforms, event websites, and attendee communication to ensure seamless participant experiences.

    • You will provide administrative support including invoice processing, calendar scheduling, travel coordination, and reporting.

    • You will ensure brand standards are upheld across all event touchpoints.

    Qualifications

    • You have 4+ years of event marketing, corporate event planning, or related experience (B2B marketing preferred).

    • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    • You have coordinated and tracked multiple event timelines, marketing assets, and vendor relations while using project management tools.

    • You have demonstrated strong attention to detail in managing projects, timelines, vendor and event communications, and internal partner communication.

    • You have experience working with event management platforms like Cvent, Eventbrite, Splash, or similar products.

    • You are willing to travel occasionally for event support
